Contacting a member?

I received a message from an ebay member who is having problems with a seller that I also had problems with and wanted my advice.
When trying to reply to the message (via My Messages) I keep getting a notification saying that the message cannot be sent because I am not involved in a sale with this person.
Is there a way of getting their email address so that I can reply to their query?
Thanks

If you go to advanced search in the top right hand corner, then click on find a member, search for them and then click on contact member.

Thanks for the quick reply, Milliejon, but I got the same error notification message when I tried doing it that way
It looks like you can only contact people who you are involved in a sale with.0 -

No, I have contacted members loads of times using Milliejon's method. You can contact any member from their feedback page too, by clicking on contact member (top right, from memory).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
