Might be possible to terminate the contract but I would expect there to be a fee for doing so.
Browntoa; maybe her husband bought the pc.I'm better off without you.0 -

depends, different methods of selling/purchasing have different cooling off periods, but she is hardly unhappy with the BB service?"See you on the Other Side"0

Doesnt seem that BT have done anything wrong and unfortunately she has signed up to a long term contract. May be able to cancel it early but I am sure it will carry a charge for doing so.
Only suggestion is to get another PC. If she has returned it for a refund without her husband then she obviously has access to the account used to pay for it so unless she isnt comfortable going out to buy a PC then there is no reason she cant. If she doesnt want to buy it herself then she just has to take the hit on the BB.All posts made are simply my own opinions and are neither professional advice nor the opinions of my employers
