New bathroom extractor fan

I'd like to replace my bathroom extractor fan.
Current one has manual pull cord to switch on. No timer overrun, or humidity sensor.
Also it has an external flap than blows in the wind and is very annoying.
I'd like to replace it with one that avoids these problems. Ease of installation is main priority.
Current fan is fitted over a 4" diameter hole in wall. I believe it runs off mains volatage, so would be good if replacement one also did.
Any suggestions?
Here is picture of existing one (Silavent SDF100, 230-240V AC, 50Hz, 20W):
