you dont happen to have noscript firefox extension do you? i had that problem many times and always had to allow whatever site or turn the noscript offr completely to do the captchas....got rid of no scriipt in the end.

Did you by any chance play the Easter Egg Hunt some time back if so look through your old emails for your registration email from that.....
