I'd just come to ask this, I don't have one but I only won yesterday and I think the T&C say it can take up to 48 hours. If I don't get one by tomorrow then I'm going to email them :rolleyes:

Also I can't see anything that says whether winners can enter again? I'm a Chelsea fan so am after a Chelsea prize is all.

Syncing Movies

Performing a Sync
To synchronise with your mobile device just go to the 'Now Playing' menu in Windows Media Player and select 'Sync' or simply go to the Sync section of the Windows Media Player and drag & drop the movie from the Library into the synchronization area, on your right side below the mobile device icon of Windows Media Player.
You can choose to sync more than one movie at a time. When you have finished selecting your movies to sync, simply click 'synchronize' at the bottom (right side) of the Windows Media Player screen.
This procedure should take 5 to 10 minutes depending on the length of the movie.
