I am thinking of entering into a trust deed in order to sort out my debt, however my partner has a mortgage and i give ger money towards bills and stuff but aint any part of the mortgage, does anyone know if she can be affected in any way due to me taking out a trust deed.

In a nut shell though are Trust Deeds any good and are they worth getting into, help please.
