    Correct. And that is eactly how this whole thing started. It's just unfortunate that the OFT started barking up completely the wrong tree with not knowing that they had no durisdiction over the banking industry on grounds of fairness.

    There were estimates in the public domain that suggested it was no where near the £25/£30 mark that banks were enforcing, i.e. £2.50/£5 admin costs. This is where they are breaking the law and this is where they need to be challenged in court.

    The OFT lacks both teeth and gravitas. This case requires something more.
