IVA and Streamline services

Hi,

I've been taking advice from CCCS and they have referred me to their IVA specialists Grant Thornton. Anyone had experience with them? I'm about to go through the final stage of application in the next few days.

Another question is about Streamline Card Services which enables me to take credit/debit card payments and is part of the RBS group. Ordinarily, the payee money goes to Streamline and a couple of days later it is credited to my account... and as you've already guessed, I have an RBS loan which I will need to include in the IVA.

Does this mean that Streamline will take this money at source from the payee and not pass it on to me? If so, I will lose one of the major ways that I bring in money and potentially that would throw the whole IVA process into jeopardy and I might as well go bankrupt.

Many thanks.
