    Caz - I took it to read that they stay with him on the weekend, and that two nights during the week, he picks them up from the mum at 8 pm, as she says he brings them back so that she can take them to school......I don't class 'during the week' as the weekend.....so would think they are with the Dad for 'four overnighters'

    good detective work - I think I (as a couple of others) misinterpreted the first post and read it like he brought them back to be taken to school. If only overnight at weekends then CM is rightly the OPs and there should be no doubt, can only assume the ex is telling a few porkies or just trying to upset people
