just got back from a long day at work, and i do actually charge a little less than some others at the gym im at. thanks for making me laugh, cheered me up a little and im feeling better today. got a meeting with the manager at the gym tomo about posible manager position at the end of the month which will be great.

will be back online tomo when i get back from work and let you know how my meeting goes, hope it goes well. One positive is everyone else in the gym wants me to get it and the current bloke is on a trial and rubbing everyone up the wrong way so hopefully be ok

oh an another i get a lot of my clients who take that approach of me being young and friendly, well the women like that lol

btw in my area the going rate is between £20 - £30 an hour, and yes i know its loads more in london, but cant move there due to other commitments in birmingham
