I am doing little pots of Rudolph Spares for everyone - pots filled with red Jelly Belly beans. I've made a joke jar using an empty hot chocolate jar covered in paper filled with jokes found online so we can dip into it during dinner. I've also printed out these placemats for my boys and will have some crayone for them to colour them in. I've also bought a set of indoor fireworks from Hawkins Bazaar to set off after dinner.

How about something homemade like rocky road wrapped in cellophane.

Home Bargains and Poundland are good places to look for colouring sets for kiddies. I think scratch cards are a good idea, my mum always puts these on the table for everyone.

i love that idea. Iam host for xmas dinner again. but i don't mind i love it. nothing like having an open house xmas day. My hubby loves those metal tangled up puzzles. i think they would be excellent for little table pressies in our house. got an idea for what my children would love. Thanks for the idea.
