phone/telly/internet help thanks

Not sure if this is the right place, but i'll give it a go

we currently have

sky+ telly £42 a month (don't want to change this really as i like sky, better than virgin)

internet and phone are provided by virgin, (we used to have virgin telly)

i pay £32 a month for unlimited phone calls and unlimited intenet access,

i believe that there is a bt line in the house, but that the previous tennant removed the box.

I'd like to get this price down, as i feel i'm paying way to much, has anyone any ideas as to a better package,

maybe merging the 2 into 1 company
