I think Apple missed a trick. If it wasn't going to discount the price of the white MacBook anyway, it should have re-released the utterly gorgeous black :heart2: version.
Don't laugh at banana republics. :rotfl:
As a result of how you voted in the last three General Elections,
you'd now be better off living in one.

Why is is called Black friday anyway? Usually they use Black to mean something Horrible. Mmmm maybe its Horrible for Apple as they are cutting their profits or maybe its the day MS infultrated Apple's core (lol) .
I could be wrong but i believe its called Black Friday because its traditionally the time that shops in America stop paying their costs and start making profit for the year. Moving from the red to the black........
Its become a tradition to offer big discounts. Its the Friday before Thanksgiving weekend and everyone goes shopping.0 -
I'm just about to head out and see what Walmart have left. We've left it a bit late in the day, so the shelves are probably bare.0

At least it will, hopefully, spare you from getting trampled to death.
Do check out the deals at OWC, though – especially as you are spared transatlantic shipping fees and Customs charges.
Plus, it lasts the whole weekend; so you can buy from home and at leisure. :money:

I got a total of £14.74 discount on the iPod and a case and also got £5.28 cashback through Quidco so saved £20.02 which is better than nothing I suppose.
I bought an 8GB yesterday for my OH for £139 would have held on if i'd known and got the engraving and a quid off! ah wellTopcashback 2009 - £61
