They haven't reimbursed me!

Hi there,

I don't know if this is in the right topic area or not. I work for one of the big supermarkets and every now and again they ask me to do face painting. I was told that I would be reimbursed for my equipment. I have given my receipts in and I still havent received the money back. Is there any way they have to give me my money back? I've spent £30 on equipment already!

Any advice would be appreciated.

Have you kept copies of the receipts? If so, photocopy them agai and enclose it with another Invoice, clearly marked 'second Invoice' and post it to the Store Manager by Recorded Delivery, with a covering letter.

I am unsure, but I would think if you don't have copies of the receipts, you may be the loser, as it is their word against yours.
