Win a weekend at the Hotel Endsleigh on the edge of Dartmoor, or 50 runners up will receive a months supply of Nature valley bars.

To enter you have to submit a photo of your favourite winter walk (no description or reasoning needed, just the photo), and the best, as chosen by Ben Fogle, will win. The 50 runners up will be selected at random so worth doing even if your photography skills aren't great and you happen to have a wintry photo of somewhere.

End date is wrong on the first page, it says 31st on the entry form and in the t+c.

2. The prize does NOT include travel
4. The date on which the prize may be taken is subject
to availability at the time of booking and is valid until
30th November 2010
5. The prize will be awarded to the best ‘Winter Walk’
image submitted in the opinion of the judges; Nature
Valley & Mr Ben Fogle.
6. It is a condition of entry that every entrant by
submitting a photograph or any associated material
“the Work”, agrees to all of the following: you confirm
that you are at least 18 years of age and that the
Work is your own and was not created by a
professional photographer or other third party.
9. Only one entry per person
11. You grant the Promoter a perpetual, royalty free,
sublicensable, nonexclusive, world wide right and
licence in its sole discretion, to reproduce, modify,
create derivative works from, distribute, transmit,
publicly display, or otherwise use or license the Work
in whole or in part in any manner and media without
restriction. Similarly you understand and agree that
the Promoter may choose not to use the Work.
12. You agree that the Promoter, may in its sole discretion,
publicly display or otherwise use or transmit your name
in conjunction with any use of the Work. Moreover,
you grant the Promoter the irrevocable permission
to use and license all and any information you submit
in connection with the Work in any manner and media
without restriction.
13. You undertake that you have obtained the consent of
any person identified in the Work to their inclusion
in the Work and to the reproduction and use of their
image as set out above. You agree to waive the right to
be identified as the author of the Work and waive any
other moral rights in relation to the Work.
14. The prize for the 50 runners up will consist of Nature
Valley Trail Mix Bars each
