I don't know if these are good value but I picked up the following at my local Aldi last week for 79p each (seemed alot cheaper than sunflower seeds i bought at tesco)
400g Sunflower Seeds
400g Sesame Seeds
175g Pumpkin Seeds
Also had a 175g pack (I think) of mixed at the same price0
