Is there a telephone number on their site Natash?
Might be best to call and speak to someone.
Here you go but looks like you will have to wait until Monday. I'd get an email off today and then call Monday if it were me.

Clutterfree- I ordered 8 which came in the original Royal Doulton packaing, and each set is individually packed inside, so my guess is you will recieve a case with 8 like I did then another box with 2 sets.
The platter measures 12.5 ins * 9 ins approx.
One thing to note, the platter came in it's own box, the box was taped really badly so much so one of the bottom flaps was totally open, luckily enough the couriour had taken care of it and delivered it upside down so nothing came out.
Sorry to be a nuisance, but would it be possible to measure the large box the 8 sets came in please? Want to ensure the space I have cleared in my dresser is large enough!!!Ageing is a privilege not everyone gets.

For those who want to add to the set my local store was selling the sugar and milk jug set for £1.99!! two coffee cups for £1.99 (I know the set comes with tea cups but these coffee cups are are lovely extra for seving coffee after a meal!) and two cereal bowls £1.99 for two. These are more like desert bowls and the ones that come in the set are what i would call soup bowls but of course you can use either for either!!
Anyway got all the extras its just such a bargin and sooooooooooooo nice to be able to have the who set!!!0 -

hi peeps, just thought i would give a honest review of the prouduct being a connoisseur of royal doulton(dont wanna sound like im blowing my own trumpet)i have about 6 sets (eg, atlanta, biltmore, naples just to name a few)i would say that this is more of a casual dinner service, it still is very nice but not equal to thier formal bone china quality...but u cannot go wrong for a £ a piece...cant even get something from the £ shop that is decent...but i feel that the quality of the china could've been better (made in indonesia???),i still bought 8 sets and 2 platters on line about 2 days ago,and today i went to the robert dyas shop in lake side and was very pleased to see the extras which of course i bought...i have to say that the the platters r smaller then i have had in the past, felt a bit bigger then the dinner plate, but none the less very pleased with my service...such a bargain price:hello:0
