the actual chances of it happening? I cant say it depends on the creditor. It is exepnsive to make someone bankrupt. But if they do serve a statutory demand they will normally take it to the end. There is no point in them starting the process then not finishing it.
1000's of people are made bankrupt by their creditors every year, but debtors making themselves bankrupt exceeds creditors petitions by far.0
