Positve feedback but still moaning

I waited almost two weeks for an item with no communication from the seller. When it finally arrived i left a positive feedback as i was just glad it showed up. I wrote something like slight delay but everything fine now. And now i get emails slagging me off. From now on i'm giving one week and then it's a negative.

If you are receiving offensive E-mail regardless of the reason why - report it : http://www.iwf.org.uk/

Reply to them calmly and specifically and ask them to refrain from sending offensive E-mails, if they persist report them.

Don't let one poor seller affect your feedback for further sellers, that's just silly.
  • About 18 months ago I bought something of low value. It came slowly and was badly wrapped. I left positive feedback as I was over the moon with the item.

"Slow and high postage price, good item though".

They wasn't happy that I'd put something like that on their feedback...

Just move on , delete all messages and forget it if you can. They should give up then ;)
  • I wouldn't delete the e-mails because if you want to report them you have no evidence.

High postage price is IMO irrelevant as you agreed to it when you bought the item. It's like complaining about the price of the item.

I had that same issue a while ago HarveyBobbles....I bought and paid for a pair of shoes -the postage was £4.50 or something similar, which I thought was a little high, but paid all the same - and then when the shoes arrived, they were in a second hand crisp box - which had clearly seen better days - the heels of the shoes were poking out the sides of the box and it had only cost her £2 something to send...
I mentioned it to her - more as a help, I thought - so that she knew for next time that she needed to at least wrap the heels in something to stop them poking out - and then on my feedback she put "Moans about postage cost even though it was clearly stated"....!

Ah well - some Ebayers you just can't help....and some just don't deserve any help!!!

But in response to the OP - report the e-mails. No point in losing sleep over it - the idea of feedback is that it is factually correct and it helps others make decisions about whether to deal with a particular seller or not....
Why does nobody say Thank You anymore??

You can't change your feedback to a negative but you can leave a follow up.
