I'm still fuming over the ruling on UNFAIR Overdraft charges and I want to know if there is a pettition in place? If there is then please can someone let me know the detail on how to register my name on it.

Why?? I am a regular on the reclaims boards and I am not fuming about the FAIR overdraft charges decision. It closed one avenue and didn't close other avenues. The BANKS wanted a declaration during the OFT test case that terms couldn't be assessed under Section 5 of UTCCR 1999. They never got them and in fact Section 5 and 8 of UTCCR 1999 are still on the table so don't fume about it cos the fat lady hasn't even got dressed( I caught a glimpse though
