Good news is today is payday, and I got a load of overtime in, so adding that to DW's overtime we've got a good lump to pay off our debt. Also the car repair came in at £70, which I've got saved in the car account:o.

Bad news is the corporate b's that I work for cut out final salary pension as of the start of the month, and the new one they offer us, plus the corresponding increase in tax we have to pay means we are now £120 a month worse off, for a pension that is nowhere near as good. A lottery win now would be nice so I could tell them where they could put it

Am I far too late to join this challenge? Am in the £10k in 2010 but really I want to get closer to £15K (although £18K would be the ideal).

Madmitch you doing so well must be good to get one debt cleared in full.
admire how positive you seem to be and numbers coming down, every little bit paid is one step closer towards financial freedom.
least debt free day date is bit closer.:T
I cant wait for new week to make more payments!
