How long to process JSA claim?

I made a claim for JSA on 26th Oct & received confirmation letter about 10 days later.
However a couple of days after that I received a letter stating that they needed further info to make a decision. I filled in form, supplied medical leter etc & posted this off last Wed.
Does anyone know how long it is likely to take them to make a final decision?

They normally say about 2 weeks, I would say give it up to a month, but I suppose it depends on the efficiancy of your council.0
