Have just joined and wondered if anybody has the same problem as I am having.
Opened up a citi bank account on line, no problem putting money in but Can't get access to it on line ,have phoned for new e pins 3/4 times but keep being given the same number from lots of different indian gentlemen. does anyone have any ideas how to get over this problem?

What URL address are you using?
I hope you are trying one with a '.co.uk' and not a '.com' at the end?
