Case Held With Barclays

Originally raised in early 2007 and has been on hold since the first hold came into place...
Question is how quickly will Barclays get around to throwing my complaint out?
Do I need to submit a change before they do this to avoid having to restart my claim all together?
If I do need to restart the claim can I only claim from now till 2003 (i.e. the 6 years, or does any new claim still allow me to claim from when my original did?)

my query isn't about the likelihood of payments but can we still try and claim for the same time period or only for 6 years from now?0
