I called this morning.

I sent another email yesterday and got no acknowledgement so called first thing. The advisor said they had received my email and they would respond in 24 hrs- to which I asked if that was 24 hours from now or the date when I 1st contacted them (4th Dec). She said 24hrs from now... so they obviously haven't done much with my email enquiry They seem a bit confused by it all themselves! Can't quite believe they've put more things on for £5 whilst they're obviously still following up the 1st lot!

On the plus side she didn't say my order was cancelled and did say 'someone will be in touch soon to tell you when you are likely to receive your order' **crosses fingers**

Lol, was about to fire off an email asking where my stuff was when mom bursts in going "Ooooo I forgot to tell you, you had a package Friday, it's under my bed!" :rolleyes: Very nice stuff, although they do size small, I ordered a 12 in the jacket top and it'll only just about fit I reckon. Oh well, she can just have it on over a vest top, it doesn't need to be done up. Apart from that, lovely.

Not heard anything- had placed and paid for my order by 12pm thursday- anyone else in the same boat? how are these ppl for delivery? should I be worried? (do I need to strart to look elsehwere for my sisters christmas pressie?!)

Do you mean Thursday just gone?

I placed my order the 26/11 (day of OP's post) and recieved it on the 6th December so I would imagine you would be cutting it quite fine for christmas.

The top and bottoms I ordered is lovely though - really good quality and fit.

Edit - just checked their site and it says last ordering date for Christmas Thursday 17th Dec so you should be ok
