I emailed Ellie Gray about Friday to ask when my order would be dispatched. Really disapointed they haven't bothered to contact me back by now... glad to hear others have received theirs- maybe tomorrow x

Having heard nothing about my order I rang last week for an update to be advised that these would be with me the first part of this week. Nothing received today so rang again to check only to be advised that I will not be getting my order as the items are unavailable and they will not be getting any more stock.

Not impressed. Perhaps you should give them a ring on 0844 893 6969 in case there is a problem with your order.

I ordered on the 27th 9 items, none of it has come. I've emailed several times and they've said 'your order will be depatched soon' but don't seem able to give me a date. I think I'll ring them, it's been almost two weeks now! :eek:

I'm in same boat as you guys- got an email Monday saying a supervisor was looking into it and would contact me soon. I'm just taking it as not coming now.

It's a shame really because it's not really a company I've used in the past but has a brochure and it looked really nice- these items may have lead me to buy more but I definitely wouldn't bother in the future. My order has been showing 'awaiting dispatch' for 2 weeks now without any contact thats not been pre-empted by myself.

Never mind will keep my fingers crossed and stick to Adidas in the future

Also bear in mind that if it doesn't fit you have to pay postage to send it back as I've found out, which on £5 an item is hardly worth it if it's one of the heavier items, but then you get stuck with something that doesn't fit...
