    I emailed Zone Horror (or rather Chellozone who run it) 4 days ago about my DVD not turning up months ago and they said they would look into it. My DVD arrived today!
    I have a personal rather than generic email for Jason who works at Chellozone, so if anyone wants it just drop me a PM. He was very helpful.

    really sorry for resurrecting this thread .. at last i had a reply from someone at chello zone today ( after i reported them to ASA )

    apparently my DVD must have been lost in transit and they will be sending another along with some more DVDs as way of apology

    did the other winners get any joy ?

    Ive had an email to say ive won Exam dvd couple of days ago, ive emailed my details addy etc, and my email bounced back, so ive gone through the contact on the website both chellozone and horrorzone, hopefully i will hear something soon.
