How to conver units to KW?

I know it might be old, but we just moved to our new home and gas meter there is in m3. All advices I could find are about converting ft rather than m3. Can anyone help me? It is crucial for me to monitor our gas spending.

    Do it the same way, except don't do the bit that says multiply by 2.83 :)

    As a simple approximation, the answer should be about 11x the meter reading.
