Virgin Vie diamond bracelet plus possible free lipgloss for £6.50 delivered!!

There are pictures of the bracelets if you google it. There are some on ebay but listing has now ended but gives people an idea as what to expect. Look quite nice actually. Does anyone think these are old stock though?

The bit that gripes me is that some people have been offered a refund and £20 credit.
Shouldn't we have been offered a refund and then the possibility of a replacement bracelet if we actually wanted it. As going through the returns process takes upto 21 working days!!

Just called again to be told that the original bracelet will be with me by the end of the week, then was sent the above email saying OFS and the sky bracelet will be sent.

Not sure if they know what's happening lol xx

I haven't a clue whats happening anymore, they gave me a credit on ,y account for £20 plus shipping, and i also got the email regarding a replacement bracelet. I think i will wait and see what happens, if you check your account you can see whether they have applied a credit to it.

I Have had the email offering me the new replacement bracelet, but had ordered and paid for 2 of the origional bracelets and 2 rings, so I have no idea where I stand?? I was after them as a wee stocking filler for both my girls, one replacement bracelet isn't going to cut it really?? What should I do now?? any suggestions?? Thanks R.

I'd reply to the email asking them, as they seem to be on top of it all now.

Yes I ordered 2 of the bracelets (one for me one for my niece) so am assuming they are only sending one replacement?

Will wait and see as it's been despatched already

Received mine today, it is lovely but very small, DD is a skinny moo so it should be fine, but it wouldn't fit my wrist and I have small writs. xx

......and i'm still waiting for my replacement. Got back off my hols today (had a fab time) but no parcel and nothing at royal mail depot as i had to go there anyway.
