    Hi everyone!

    Just to explain, I work for VIE at home and have just come across this thread. I'm sorry some of you have had a disappointing experience with your orders (but very pleased some of you have used this opportunity to grab a bargain!)

    The Essentials offer was hugely successful, with lots of people taking the opportunity to pick up a free lipstick/gloss and order products as well. Because we reduced the shipping cost for this offer we promoted a maximum 14 day delivery slot, and because the offer was so huge we've had to take advantage of that! To reassure this is not our normal delivery service, but a special extended delivery schedule to accomodate this offer. You can find out more about our normal delivery services on our website which I can assure you are much quicker (but do cost a little more).

    I really hope you all love the free lipstick or gloss you got as part of this offer, and thanks for all of your comments. I promise they're all being taken on board, and we're doing everything we can to rectify any customer queries we've received here.

    Well, i'm going to update my story. I was pretty miffed at being told after 3 weeks that im not getting my bracelet, so emailed vie this morning and got a very quick response apologising and also offering a credit onto my account. I would like to say that whilst i'm impressed with the quick response and credit, i just wish that they had been honest in the 1st place.
    Although the experience did put me off shopping with vie ever again, i feel the credit may sway me to give them another go. Thanks Vie.

    I ordered 3 items of jewellery which had a 'shipped' status, these never came and when I emailed at the weekend only got a sorry out of stock email. I emailed back too to say I wasn't happy and less than half hour later got the following email:


    Thank you for your reply and we can only offer our further and renewed apologies
    to you.

    Your three jewellery items were so popular and due to a system error not
    updating we were unable to provide you with remainder of your order and we are
    in the process of arranging a refund to you. You will shortly receive
    notification of how to receive a refund back to your original credit/debit card.

  • I've just been on the phone regarding my order and I was told that an alternative product would be sent out in place of the diamond life bracelet which was the starlet sky bracelet. Its not on the website, both myself and the assistant checked. I also asked if it would arrive before xmas which I was told yes.

    If the bracelet wasn't to my liking then I could return it for a full refund.

    Has anyone had a similar story?

    So, we dont get the money back that they took when we placed the order, but we get £20 to spend??? Not a bad deal if there is something else you want, but what if not???

We're therefore going to send you a replacement bracelet which we think you'll love even more. Our Starlit Sky Bracelet (RRP £25) is a sterling silver bracelet that features Swarovski crystals. It's been a very popular piece, so we really hope you love it even more (see the picture below).
    If for any reason you are unhappy please be assured you can return it to us for full refund, free of charge. Full details of our free returns policy is available on our website. These are being sent out today so should be with you very soon.
