Reflux in older children

Thanks for all the replies, dd seems much better today, I think it is certain stuff that makes it worse, I'm on the case to find out what!
Not sure if it's related to the freqent tummy ache when she needs the loo or not, an intolerance to something perhaps?
The annoying thing is when dd was born there was a big ongoing survey and testings done for all the children in the area all to do with allergies ect and for some reason dd was missed out, typical:rolleyes::hello: Hiya, I'm single mom, avid moneysaver and freecycler, sometimes  but definatly

I suffer from reflux frequently and I have found that eating when not sittin in an upright position make sit worse, I know it won't cure her pain but make sure she only eats when sitting at a table this tip has saved me a small fortune in gaviscon!0
