    Got email to say order was delayed - but has now been dispatched & the beauty 342s have disappeared off my order! Not happy as one of them was for a secret santa pressie. Ah well.. maybe next time!

    got an email on thursday saying my order had been dispatched but only got my order today so there's still hope for people who haven't had them.

    Re packaged order arrived. Out of the 15 items, 5 were too badly damaged by water to give as gifts. The others were fine. So will just use the damaged ones myself or out them into organza bags as stocking fillers. OH was incredulous that it was all free!!

    I received 6 of them, and had 9 cancelled yesterday. I'm not bothered as I ordered some other things I needed to get anyway at the same time which should have cost me £44 but with the glitch came to £6 :D
