Wasn't there another poster who had a £0 value order? I wonder if they received theirs? Perhaps if they could read this, they'd let us know? - if they did get it, then it may be looking a bit more positive for Poet?

I personally think that if it's showing at the depot, then it looks quite good.......maybe the depot have a backlog?

    Twas me peeps.

Mine arrived on Tuesday this week, posted 3 off parcelpost via RM to claire21 and they arrived yesterday.

Hopefully it's just a depot delay.

Fingers, legs and eyes crossed that my order for the mens gifts today will be honoured too.

    Thanks, gives me hope then!!
  • mine has arrived too really pleased with all 5 items
  • Mine should have been delivered today, but just received an email to say that 6 of the items are out of stock, not to be replaced and the remainder will be 1 week delayed. Not sure why it took so long for them to tell me that when I ordered over a week ago.

Still no delivery, so I phoned the depot.

Apparently there was a water leak onto dozens of parcels last week and so they are being repacked. They said the contents seemed unaffected, but that I could always get a refund if I wasn't happy when they arrrived!!:D

As I paid nothing for them, I am not sure how that would work though.

:rotfl:They are now delivering on Monday.

If you reject the order - they'll send a replacement out without charging you any more. Risky though as it means someone will have to manually go into your order - plus it can take time.

Either that or just keep the damaged stuff for yourself - at least you'll smell nice!

No:rolleyes: I missed the 75% alcohol gift thingy, but did get some of them when they were still on 3 for 2, dec code. 10%, and free del, so I cant complain too much!!:D

I won't reject them, I am sure some/most will still be fine for gifts, and I can keep the rest or split them for hampers for next year (will have to remember who I gave them to this year though!!)
