I ordered some GREEN headphones on Monday and they've sent me BLUE ones, it quite clearly says Green on the order so i don't know how they've managed to mess that one up.
Also really annoyed with the size of the box, you could quite easily fit 6 of them in the one box, what is the point in that. It is such a waste.
Finally, how do i get my postage refunded?

Why do you want your postage refunded?0

The postage to send the item back.
I don't see why i should have to pay for their mistake.0 -
They will credit you on the return, as they have done with me in the past.0

Have a look at the Distance Selling Regulations on the net. If something is not as described or faulty, ie. not your fault that item is no good, you should get a refund of all monies you have paid including postage."All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing." I know i can get it refunded, i just wasn't sure of how i actually do that. I'm getting a replacement rather than a refund as i still want them just in the right colour.0 -

Eh?
DSR is for unwanted items if you change your mind, not faulty or badly described ones.
If you use DSR, you are not entitled to a postage refund as you have changed your mind.
You have badly confused yourself with DSR v SOGA.0 -

I believe you just have to get a return number from them - they then credit the postage back to you afterwards.0 -
Colour blind packing staff?
I think Play's boxes are a rediculous waste - and they send everything out in seperate packages although that's for tax purposes.0 -
Agreed on the box thing...I ordered a wooden puzzle and some jelly shots trays for some friends Christmas' presents...I could fit both in my jacket pocket and they came in boxes fit to hold a wii fit board...they need to get on board with saving the environment!0
