HSBC overdraft issue

Hi, I had my HSBC business account overdrawn for 6 working days. It was unauthorised overdraft. The reason was that I was paying by Paypal, that bank account was the first source but i had a backup source (Credit Card) in place. It was only £6.72. But bank agreed to such overdraft!!! I received the letter that the account is overdrawn and I credited the money on the same day. Is that fair to charge £48 for 6 days?! for such small amount??? What can I do?

HSBC have what is called a fair fees policy. I'm not sure if it applies to Business accounts but it is worth asking them about this.Hi, I had my HSBC business account overdrawn for 6 working days.
