think i may have a music virus

    hi

    i have downloaded all the programms mentioned, and have tryed to restart my computer in safe mode but i don't get the safe mode option

    when restarting my computer pressing F8 key i get a menu 'boot menu'
    with 3 options removable hard disk and cd rom neither of these options give an option to safe mode, my comp is a medion 8800 there is also no mention of it in the manual and the customer services have an hour long waiting time to speak to a technical adviser

    is there another way to start in safemode?

    i think i may have installed that a while back and tryed to removed it without using it.

    i still haven't found out how to restart in safe mode
