Charges that are on hold in the CC Court???

My charges are still on hold in the County Court, so even tho the banks have won, can my case still be heard???, because if it can I will still let the case take place so the bank have to pay for a lawyer to go, and that will cost them alot of money, If I am not getting my money back I will make sure they suffer fiancially in 1 way or the other!. Another think I would like to say is the surely if the banks are allowed to charge people surely they cannot make a profit on the actual cost it costs them to arrange a charge?. I want to take my bank to the court and for them to prove my charge costs them £35!!!

Bizarrely, I clicked on the thanks button rather than the quote one. You do not need to do anything just now. What was the wording of your POC(particulars of claim)?

    Q. My case is on hold with the courts, what is going to happen?

    A. ...
If your case is based on the old template letters and the court deals with it, it's very likely to be struck out...
