New Amex Platinum Credit Card

Card Recieved, pin recieved, declined 3 times, once for my Wife and twice for me, phoned customer service who have advised me that the card is under review and will be contacted within 48 hours.

Under review what the hell does that mean?

Its a brand new card.

I work for them via a third party and I have no idea what they are on about!

Anyone?

Yes, cards activated and confirmation received!

Just strange why account is under review, seeing as its just been set up!
