Yes it is pingchris, but you've gone past debate and are merely venting now. Sorry, but it's not adding anything.

Pingchris and Kim Yeovil you both need to grow up. Simply wait for CAG MSE to come up with the next plan of action.

I want to see banking collapses in britain,i want to see them fall,i am past anger now,i want to smile as i see them crumble so we can build again the right way.

What would you suggest as an alternative?

THE OFT IS GOVERNMENT,they are all paid off to do as little as possible, oft my !!!

The OFT is not the government and it's statutory status is that of an ''independent regulator''.
  • The only wat to show your anger is to pop down to your local !!!! and get your money out. Each time your wages go in, draw it out.

It won't happen and the only time it will happen is when your bank is in trouble but you have very little option but to go and put in another bank that is just as bad as the last.

I think that now we should discuss ways to beat the banks and not how we feel. A good chunk of us are very angry at the result but lets take stock and thank the OFT and all the others who have helped and stood up for us.

I also think that we should not ask about current claims. They are lost and we need to re-group and look at different angles of attack. The banks haven't won, they have reduced their charges and paid back lots and lots of money. They kno we will be coming back at them and those such as MSE, the OFT etc etc will do whatever they can to help. Banks also know the charges are unfair and that they will pay them back.

Future charges should be lower - the court arguments have really been about refunds (which is a lost cause).

Who is paying for the lawyer?

    Lin :)
You can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset. ;)
