You're ignoring regulation 6 though. Says you can't challenge contractual terms just because the price they set is too high.
Ah yes, but the terms of the contract were not individually negotiated were they? Which, it seems, makes them uneforceable.
At least, that's my opinion.
And then, on top of that, the terms are heavily weighted in favour of the bank. They can charge me, but I can't charge them. They also change the charges and interest whenever they like, but I am afforded no influence over the interest rates on my in credit balance.February wins: Theatre tickets0
