Just had this email from paypal:

    Forward any emails you get however genuine they look, the you'll get a reply to say if it is legit or not. Can honestly say I have sent paypal,ebay and the banks we use several and none have ever been legit.
    One day I might be more organised...........:confused:

    IF IT DOESN"T HAVE YOUR NAME ON IT IT"S A SCAM. Sorry to shout but paypal/ebay ALWAYS put your full registered name on any communications.

    I have filters set up to divert emails with the words 'verif...' or 'confirm' directly to the bulk folder ;-)
