Loft Insulation - the Heat Project

Linking from my local authority website (outer south London) I came across this organisation - has anyone used them for loft insulation successfully?
We don't qualify for anything under the warm front grant scheme but seems we might do under this and having just moved somewhere that needs everything renewing, it all helps!

I've just had the call back with an appointment from the surveyor (on 18 Dec), the earliest they will insulate is the New Year.
We've also moved house, and had to remove the 2 inches of existing insulation for woodworm treatment, so now have none at all.
Interested to hear what others have to say. I'm also trying EDF and Tesco Insulation - any views on those?Mortgage Free thanks to ill-health retirement0
