How to amend a stayed County Court Claim - Forms?

Hey everyone
Im sure there must be a few people thinking this right now and I know martin's team are on it, but does anyone know what forms and such we have to fill in if we have a stayed case in the court? I want to have the stay lifted and to insert a couple of sentences into the Particulars of Claim to makeit clear I want to claim under Regulation 5 now.
Like I say, I know Martin's team are on it but Lloyds have already announced that they will ask all Judges to throw out their cases and I don't want to start all over again
