How do I get on line refund

Hi everyone, hope someone can help. After a year long battle with BT they have now refunded £140 to my account. The helpful lady on the phone said I would be able to request this refund online when my next bill came in. My bill is here, I've found the help category they is supposed to show me how to do this refund but I am unable to find the link needed to do this. Has anyone managed this and if so, how? Any help appreciated.
Thank you in advance

On an online QUARTERLY account paid by monthly DD you can opt for a payment holiday for xx months if your credit gets too high but I can't see any way of requesting the excess back directly. Sorry!!
EDIT - I have had refunds in the past but only when the credit was greater than 4 months worth of Direct debits - these happened automatically

Hi waterwatcher. The refund option is not available on online accounts at this time. In this case I would kindly ask you to email your BT details, query and Forum name to btcare@bt.com and I will look into this for you.
