Hi,
Like many people on here i was very dissappointed with today's decision in the supreme court. I was on the last leg of claiming my money back when it all kicked off , what my major peeve is they have paid some people this is so unfair pay one should pay us all ... :mad: what happens now ? i guess we just sit and watch them eat our money ....

Apologies but I didn't post on MSE on 25th November but we have to let some of the dust settle and move onto what will happen having carefully considered the judgement. As you can see at the moment, we are having to deal with LloydsTSB strike outs in the court and then move towards a strategy of where we go from now. It is a moving situation and the view of the OFT next month on the case will be interesting to read.0
