I know there's lots of discussion on here about bank charges but I'm just a little unclear on one point: can the bank cancel a forthcoming charge at their discretion? Or do we just have to pay the charges and not bother even asking for help from the bank?

Apologies for the late response, unfortunately some threads are being missed in the aftermath of the Supreme Court decision.I know there's lots of discussion on here about bank charges but I'm just a little unclear on one point: can the bank cancel a forthcoming charge at their discretion? Yes the bank can cancel a forthcoming charge at their discretion if they are asked, of course. You can always ask for help from a bank and they SHOULD hopefully give it.0
