npower - Gas & Electricity - Serperate or combined DD
Have been with npower for only a month or so and when originally approved, had a letter stating monthly direct debit would be £55 each month for both gas and electricity. Have just looked at my bank statement and they are spliting this (£22 and £33) between gas and electricity. Is this normal or anything to worry about? Just want to make sure they don't con me out of the £60 combined gas and electricity discount

They have separate billing systems for the two fuels (like most suppliers, actually) and this is completely normal.0
