    Hello there
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, I haven't long logged back in and came across this post.
Blimey I am so sorry to hear all this, with losing your home, and health problems as well.

The answer to this is yes you can reclaim the PPI, when you think of it, this was also and possibly part of the reason of your above situation, so hunni please go for this.
I know others reading this will agree as well.

You write to the ones who sold you the finance, and below is the link to help you through the guidelines of reclaiming.
    http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance.
You will also come across a mis selling checklist, template letters and so on, you do not have to use the templates, but just as a guide with your own words and obviously your reasons, they have 8 weeks in full to respond, keep at them and post by recorded delivery, this is your proof of posting.
I have a feeling you going to be a winner here, and if they don't resolve this then I'm sure the FOS will.

Good luck and please post up for help anytime, and please keep us posted, cheers.;)

  • Hi Chelle, sometimes we feel overwhelmed and no where to turn when dealing with our life situations, I think you have already experienced the warmth, advice and support you will receive form this site. Hoping that this claim will have a great outcome for you "keep posting" (heard me saying that in a Strictly Come dancing Stylee).
