Hi all.
I was wondering , is it possible to lodge a complaint against a company? The company i have the complaint against offers a service to the public (dont wana say wot type of company it is on here) I know theres the likes of trading standards and that but dont think it falls into that catagory.
Im in Northern Ireland incase thats of importance.
thanks
joanne

OP your post is very cryptic so unless you state the business the company is in I can only give generic advice.
To complain to the company all you do is write a letter to Head Office with a title "Formal Complaint" send it to them by recorded delivery and state in the letter that you expect a reply to the issues you have raised within 21 days otherwise you will take further action.
After 21 days put in a complaint to Trading Standards if they haven't replied or if they have replied but have not addressed the issues you have raised.I'm not cynical I'm realistic
(If a link I give opens pop ups I won't know I don't use windows)0 -

I would write a letter or email to the customer service team outlining your issue(s) :-)0
