I agree with the above posts - Britannia are refreshingly nice to deal with - this bond will be withdrawn as of closing tonight apparently

Me too, & I opened some LTSB Vantage accounts in branch (first time I'd ever seen a BM) a few months ago and rediscovered how nice it was to deal with people instead of technology & tick boxes.

Yes I am searching for a place to put my matured bond in the next few weeks and would dearly like to deal with "people" If I have a question I can just pop down to the branch, and no sending important docs through the post. Now, which branch/institution has competitive rates atm???? hmmmmm

It's being withdrawn tonight (Tuesday 8th) - but if you have an application form; as long as you get it to a branch by close of play tomorrow it will be honoured.
